Keeping a business blog updated with useful content can be a challenge.
You need ideas for what to write about, a structure for each article, and enough time to actually produce the content. AI can certainly help with the writing, but simply asking an AI tool to “write me a blog post” doesn’t necessarily produce something that fits your particular website.
That’s why I’ve added a new service to the Evergreen Funnel Club: monthly blog post templates.
Each month, EFC members will get approximately five blog post templates built around a particular topic. The idea is to give you a useful starting point that you can adapt to your own website, audience, experience and writing style.

Here’s a quick demonstration of how the new Blog Post Template service works:
The process is very straightforward.
You download the monthly PDF from the members’ area, choose a template and copy it into your preferred AI tool.
Then add your own blog URL and any additional instructions you want the AI to follow.
The AI can use your existing blog to understand the type of content you publish and the way you write. You can also tell it to write in a particular language or style and give it additional information about your business, experience or audience.
The result is a starting point for an article that is specifically tailored to your blog.
The Template Is Only the Starting Point
One thing I wanted to avoid with this service is having EFC members simply copy and paste identical AI-generated PLR articles onto their websites.
If 100 people use the same template, I don’t want 100 websites publishing exactly the same article with exactly the same title.
That’s why the templates are designed as frameworks rather than finished articles.
For example, a template might give you a topic and several points to cover in an article about what working from home as an affiliate marketer actually looks like day to day.
You can then tell your AI tool to look at your existing blog and write the article in a style that fits your website.
You can add your own experience and tell the AI what makes your particular business or approach different.
You can also ask it to come up with a title that is unique to your blog rather than simply reproducing the title supplied in the template.
So even though several EFC members may start with the same template, they can end up with very different articles.
Five New Templates Every Month
The plan is to provide approximately five blog post templates every month.
That gives you a potential source of regular content without requiring you to come up with five completely new article ideas from scratch every month.
You don’t have to use every template, either.
If a particular topic doesn’t fit your website, simply move on to another one. And if a template gives you an idea for a different article, use it as inspiration and take the content in your own direction.
The important thing is that you remain in control of the final article.
The templates provide the structure. Your website, your experience, your knowledge and your instructions help make the resulting content relevant to your readers.
Use Your Preferred AI Tool
There’s no requirement to use a particular AI service.
The templates are simply text-based prompts and instructions that you can copy into your preferred AI tool.
For example, you can give the AI your blog URL and ask it to scan your existing content to understand your writing style.
You might also specify that you want British English, a conversational style, longer paragraphs, a particular type of headline or a particular audience.
You can then refine the result.
Change the title, add your own experiences, remove anything that isn’t relevant, correct anything that needs correcting and make whatever other changes you think are necessary before publishing.
Think of the template as a content creation shortcut, not a finished article that you simply publish without looking at it.
A Simple Way to Keep Your Blog Active
A neglected blog doesn’t necessarily need hundreds of articles.
What it does need is useful, relevant content appearing on a reasonably regular basis.
That’s the thinking behind this new EFC service.
Rather than staring at a blank page every time you want to publish something, you’ll have a selection of topics and structures ready to work with.
You can take a template, run it through your preferred AI tool, customise the result for your own website and then edit and publish it.
Do that consistently and you can keep adding useful content to your blog without having to reinvent the whole process every time.
